Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing
Administering our tests
Candidates applying for European Social and Political Studies (ESPS) at UCL. UCL will tell you if you need to sit the test. If in doubt, contact UCL’s Admissions Office.
The test will be arranged by UCL when you apply. You normally take it while you are in London for your assessment day.
Arrangements for applicants outside Europe vary. For more information, visit the relevant application sections on the UCL website: BA ESPS (R990) or BA ESPS: Dual Degree (R992).
Candidates should use a soft pencil. It’s a good idea to have a pencil eraser too.
Dictionaries – including bilingual dictionaries – and calculators cannot be used.
For the paper-and-pencil test, UCL can usually make any of the usual arrangements appropriate to the disability.
If a candidate thinks that their TSA UCL test was affected by temporary illness, injury or any other issue, they can ask for this to be taken into account as a special consideration.
Send your request for special consideration directly to UCL.
